Hotel Room Rates:

Special room rates have been contracted at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo for IBC's delegation. The room rate is JPY15,000 for a single room; and JPY17000 for a double/twin room. These rates are inclusive of service charge of 10% and consumption tax of 5%, but excluding breakfast. An accommodation tax of JPY200 is not included and will be billed separately.

Above rates are valid till January 31, 2010. Please book your room early to secure the above preferred rates.

Step1: Access the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo Webpage

Step 2: Click "ACCOMMODATION"

Step 3: Click "RESERVATION".

Step 4: On the left reservation menu, click "CORPORATE PACKAGE", enter the following Account Name and Password and click "LOGIN"

Step 5: Select your Date, Length of your stay, how many persons in the room (Single occupancy or Double occupancy). Select "SEE ALL PACKAGES", then click "SEARCH".

Step 6: Click "SEE Calendar" to view all room rates available.

Step 7: Click on your desired arrival date, and you'll be brought to the Reservations Screen. You'll see the room rate/night which includes service charge of 10% and Consumption Tax of 5%. Accommodation Tax 200JPY is not included and will be billed separately. Fill in the information required and click "NEXT"

Step 8: Check the reservation details, then click "NEXT"

Step 9: Create personal profile and click "FORWARD CONFIRMATION PAGE"

Step 10: Check the reservation details and personal profile, then click "RESERVATION"

Step 11: A reservation confirmation email will be sent to you by email.
