Visa Information for International Attendees Traveling to China
Do you need a visa to China? Visas are required for some nationalities to travel to China. To learn if you require a visa to China or to process your visa application, please contact your travel agent and/or China Embassy/Consulate in your country for exact details and visa application procedures as soon as possible. Visa processing times may vary and it is highly recommended to start your visa processing 3-4 months in advance.
How to obtain a letter of invitation for visa application? To obtain a letter of invitation from the show organizer - IBC Life Sciences, attendees must first register and pay for the event. Once your registration and payment has been received, you can download and complete the Application Form for Visa Invitation Letter (50KB PDF) and fax/email to our customer service. Your invitation letter will be processed and sent to you.
