Please identify yourself as part of IBC's BPI/Formulation event to receive the reduced room rate of $188 plus taxes. Be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible as rooms tend to fill up very quickly and all reservations are subject to availability.

Hotel Reservation Policies:

1. A first and last night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellations and changes to a reservation will be accepted without further financial responsibility up until August 20, 2010. Your credit card is subject to being charged for your full reservation if cancellation or changes to a reservation are received after August 20, 2010.

If you find that the Westin Providence is sold out on one or more nights please call the Hilton Providence directly at 401.831.3900 or the main Hilton reservation line at 1.800.HILTONS and reference the BPI conference. The Hilton will honor our discounted rate of $188 + tax per night until the cut-off date of August 21st. After that date the rooms and rate will be based on availability.

FRAUD ADVISORY
It has come to our attention that some event attendees have been contacted by third party providers seeking to book attendees' hotel reservations at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third party providers have been authorized by IBC or the contracted hotel to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent. All reservations should be made directly with the above hotel by calling directly to the number listed above. IBC disclaims responsibility for any losses or complications arising out of attempted hotel bookings by attendees through third party providers.
