Speaking Opportunities

IBC Life Sciences and the BPI Scientific Advisory Committees are now accepting speaker proposals for the 7th BioProcess International™ Conference and Exhibition. The call for papers deadline is Friday, March 12, 2010. This year's event will be held on September 20-24 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, RI.

BPI continues to be one of the most respected large events in the industry. Last October in Raleigh, over 1500 members of the biopharm community; including process scientists; operations, manufacturing and clinical supply managers; specialists in cell culture and upstream processing, recovery and purification, process scale-up, formulation, and others, attended BPI. We expect even more participants to attend in 2010 to learn and network.

If you are working in any of the following scientific/business topic areas, you are invited to submit a proposal for a podium presentation. We are especially looking for case studies and new reports on disruptive technologies.

  • Cell Culture and Upstream Processing
  • Recovery and Purification of Biopharmaceuticals
  • Manufacturing Efficiency & Supply Chain Security
  • Scaling Up from Bench through Commercialization
  • Analytical Technologies/Quality Considerations/Quality by Design
  • Regulatory Affairs
  • Formulation Strategies for Protein Therapeutics

Review a complete listing of topics for each of the above areas, to review the submission guidelines and to submit a presentation proposal. The submission deadline is Friday, March 12, 2010.
