For all events held in Asia Pacific: PaymentYou will be asked to complete a method of payment while completing the online conference registration or conference handbook purchase form. Delegates must ensure that payment is received prior to the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day. Payments made by check should be made payable to IBC USA Conferences Inc. Bank TransferPayment by bank transfer: If you would like to remit via ACH or wire transfer please email account-liaison@informausa.com for details. Cancellation PolicyCancellations & Refunds for 2008 Events Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform IBC IN WRITING prior to 10 business days before the start of the event and a credit voucher for the full amount will be issued which must be used within one year of issuance. If you prefer, a full refund less a USD 395 non-refundable deposit will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received on or after 10 business days before the start of the event. Substitutions of enrolled delegates may be made at any time. Please indicate upon registration whether you are eligible for a discount. No two discounts can be combined. If, for any reason, IBC decides to cancel this conference, IBC does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants including delegates, speakers, sponsors, and guests. Program content subject to change without notice. Press permission must be obtained prior to the event and is dependant on speakers' approval. The press may not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. Press passes do not include admittance to break-out sessions. Cancellation Policy for 2009 Events If you need to make any changes or have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email at reg@ibcusa.com. Cancellations must be in writing and must be received by IBC prior to 10 business days before the start of the event. Upon receipt of a timely cancellation notice, IBC will issue a credit voucher for the full amount of your payment, which may be applied towards registration fees at any future IBC event held within 12 months after issuance (the "Expiration Date"). All credit vouchers shall automatically expire on the Expiration Date and shall thereupon become void. In lieu of issuance of a credit voucher, at your request, IBC will issue a refund less a $395 processing fee per registration. Registrants are advised that no credit vouchers or refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than ten business days prior to start of the event, including cancellations due to weather or other causes beyond the Registrant's control. IBC therefore recommends that registrants allow for unexpected delays in making travel plans. Substitutions are welcome at any time. If for any reason IBC decides to cancel this conference, IBC accepts no responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including delegates, sponsors, speakers and guests. Cancellation Policy for all events held in Asia Pacific: Cancellations received in writing 1 month before the event start date, will be refunded less USD200/SGD330 administration fee. Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable. Participants may be substituted at any time.
