Avecia OligoMedicines, a cGMP development and manufacturing services provider for oligonucleotide therapeutics, invites you to tour our FDA inspected manufacturing facility in Milford, MA. During the tour you will view the production suites, purification areas and QC/analytical services where more than hundreds of clinical oligonucleotide API's have been successfully developed, scaled-up, validated and produced for clinical trials through Phase I - III. Lunch will be served. Space is limited. Please indicate on registration form if you wish to attend.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals

RNAi therapeutics are currently in clinical trials for a number of indications, including respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and liver cancers. Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is leading the effort to develop novel siRNA-based therapeutics to treat human diseases.

TIDES® delegates have an opportunity to visit Alnylam, which is a short distance from the convention center in Boston. Alnylam will host you for a brief presentation about their efforts in developing RNAi therapeutics and provide tours of their state-of-the-art laboratories, including RNAi lead development (RLD) - high throughput synthesis and screening, as well as analytical development, quality control, process development and in-house manufacturing facilities.

Tour participants will depart from the Hynes Convention Center at 1:30 pm and return by 4:30 pm. on Wednesday. Participation is limited to the first 50 people who register. You must register for the conference and indicate your interest in attending the Alnylam tour by March 29th in order to be eligible for a space on the tour. Please see registration form for details.
