Please call the Starwood reservations number 1-888-627-7054 or access the housing website before March 29, 2010 to be included in IBC's dedicated room block. Please identify yourself as part of IBC's Oligo conference to receive the reduced room rate. Be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible as rooms tend to fill up very quickly and all reservations are subject to availability.

Hotel Reservation Policies:

1. A first and last night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellations and changes to a reservation will be accepted without further financial responsibility up until 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Your credit card is subject to being charged for your full reservation if cancellation or changes to a reservation are received any less then 72 hours of your arrival date.

FRAUD ADVISORY
It has come to our attention that some event attendees have been contacted by third party providers seeking to book attendees' hotel reservations at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third party providers have been authorized by IBC or the contracted hotel to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent. All reservations should be made directly with the above hotel by calling directly to the number listed above. IBC disclaims responsibility for any losses or complications arising out of attempted hotel bookings by attendees through third party providers.
