Hotel Reservation Policies:

1. A non-refundable deposit equal to the first and last night's stay is required to hold each guest's reservation. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made and are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations to a reservation will be refundable up until Friday, September 7, 2012 (cut-off date). After Friday, September 7, 2012 the first and last night deposit will NOT be refunded. Your credit card is subject to being charged if cancellation or changes to a reservation are received after the cut-off date.

FRAUD ADVISORY
It has come to our attention that some event attendees have been contacted by third party providers seeking to book attendees' hotel reservations at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third party providers have been authorized by IBC or the contracted hotel to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent. All reservations should be made directly with the above hotel by calling directly to the number listed above. Under no circumstances should you provide personal information or credit card details to any such third parties. IBC disclaims responsibility for any losses or complications arising out of attempted hotel bookings by attendees through third party providers.
