Making Hotel Reservations

FRAUD ADVISORY
It has come to our attention that some event attendees have been contacted by third party providers seeking to book attendees' hotel reservations at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third party providers have been authorized by IBC or the contracted hotel to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent. All reservations should be made directly with the above hotel by calling directly to the number listed above. IBC disclaims responsibility for any losses or complications arising out of attempted hotel bookings by attendees through third party providers.

Visa Information for International Attendees Traveling to China

Visas are required for some nationalities to travel to China. To learn if you require a visa to China or to process your visa application, please contact your travel agent and/or China Embassy/Consulate in your country for exact details and visa application procedures as soon as possible. Visa processing times may vary and it is highly recommended to start your visa processing 3-4 months in advance.

To obtain a letter of invitation from the show organizer, attendees must first be registered for the event. Once your registration and payment has been received, you can download and complete the Application Form for Visa Invitation Letter and fax/email to our customer service. Your invitation letter will be processed and sent to you.
