Take an Active Role in the Conference and Present a Poster

Deadline to submit is July 26, 2013

Now is the time to get your research in front of your peers and make your mark in this industry - it could lead to exciting opportunities within your company.

Presenting a poster at a scientific conferences helps justify the time and cost for you to attend the conference. Not only are you attending the conference to learn new techniques and strategies, but you are also gaining your company the recognition it deserves for its innovative research findings, successful business model, unique service proposition, or creative business strategy.

All posters and their presenters will be displayed for all attendees, exhibitors, and presenters to see in the exhibit hall viewing during exhibit hall hours and networking activities.

The deadline to submit an abstract and be included in the conference documentation is July 26, 2013 (full payment for conference and poster fee must be received by this date.) After that date posters are on a space-available basis.

Submit a Poster

All poster presenters must be registered conference attendees. Only one poster presentation is allowed per registered attendee/author. Posters should be PORTRAIT orientation, with maximum dimensions of 36 inches wide (3 feet) x 48 inches high (4 feet). Please verify poster dimensions before printing your poster. Oversize posters may not fit.

Please note: Poster presentations may not be used as exhibit displays or for marketing purposes. All posters are subject to approval by conference organizers.

Send Proposal

Presentations should be free of commercial bias as well as any references to commercial products and services. All selected faculty are required to disclose the existence of any significant financial interest. Financial interest may affect the consideration of your presentation/proposal application.

You will be notified by the Event Review Committee if your presentation has been selected.
