Present a Poster at BPI's 10th Anniversary Conference

Consider presenting a poster at this conference to derive more value from attending. Share your research with your peers and learn from other posters as well. Many attendees tell us that being selected for a poster presentation helps to facilitate their company approve process to attend the conference.

BioProcess International™ magazine, in partnership with the BioProcess International™ Conference, are proud to present the 4th Annual Best Poster Award at the 2014 BioProcess International™ Conference & Exhibition.

How to Submit Your Poster

Any registered conference attendee may register to present a poster. Posters should be PORTRAIT orientation, with maximum dimensions of 36 inches wide (3 feet) x 48 inches high (4 feet). Please verify poster dimensions before printing your poster. Oversize posters may not fit. Only one poster presentation is allowed per registered attendee/author.

Please note: Poster presentations may not be used as exhibit displays or for marketing purposes. All posters are subject to approval by conference organizers.

Important Poster Deadlines

Abstract and full payment of conference and poster fees must be received by the following dates.

  • For inclusion in BPI Conference Preview Issue: July 31, 2013
  • For Inclusion in On-site Agenda and Conference Documentation: August 19, 2013

After August 19, on-site posters are on a space available basis

About the Award

All poster abstracts received by August 19, 2013 and presented at the 2013 BioProcess International™ Conference and Exhibition are automatically eligible for the Poster Award competition. Posters will be reviewed and judged by BioProcess International's Editor-in-Chief and Scientific Advisory Board.

Two winning posters, one academia/industry and one supplier, will be announced at the conference. The two winning posters will be featured in and linked from BPI's October 2013 Poster Hall eNewsletter, published in BPI's November 2013 Interactive Poster Hall Supplement, and will be posted on a dedicated landing page with your pre-recorded podcast presentation on bioprocessintl.com/posters for a full year.
