Making Hotel Reservations

Special room rates have been contracted with Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo for IBC's delegation. Use the following instructions to reserve a room:

1. Access the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo Webpage:
   • English page
   • Japanese Page
2. Check the details. And select a [Room Type] and check the availability and the room rate per night with the calendar. Then click on your arrival date on the calendar.
   Special room rate for AsiaTIDES:
   • Single occupancy JPY15,000 per night, including service charge and tax, excluding breakfast.
   • Double occupancy JPY17,000 per night, including service charge and tax, excluding breakfast.
3. Enter number of night & room and guest information and read "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy", then check the check box of agreement, then click "Check the information you entered".
4. Confirm your information and click "Reserve"
5. Enter Reservation Details and credit card information, and click "Proceed to Confirm". Check your reservation details and reservation no. You will receive confirmation e-mail soon.

To confirm, amend or cancel your reservation, click "Confirm/Amend/Cancel reservation" in the top-right on the page above.

FRAUD ADVISORY
It has come to our attention that some event attendees have been contacted by third party providers seeking to book attendees' hotel reservations at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third party providers have been authorized by IBC or the contracted hotel to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent. All reservations should be made directly with the above hotel by calling directly to the number listed above. Under no circumstances should you provide personal information or credit card details to any such third parties. IBC disclaims responsibility for any losses or complications arising out of attempted hotel bookings by attendees through third party providers.

Travel/Visa Information

PLEASE NOTE: Visas are required for some nationalities to travel to Japan for this conference. Please contact your travel agent and/or the Japanese Consulate/Embassy in your country for exact details and visa application procedures as soon as possible. Visa processing times can vary.
