Transport to the Hotel

For overseas guests, an airport limousine bus is available from the airport to the hotel upon your arrival. The distance from the airport to the hotel is approximately 90minutes without congestion. Transportation cost is approximately JPY3,000.

Attendee Registration

Registrations will take place at the foyer of Daigo East Ballroom, Basement 2. Registration begins at 8:30 am and Tutorial 1 & 2 start at 9:00 am on Tuesday February 26. The main conference session will start at 1:30pm. Please bring along your business card for registration purposes.

Registration Fee

All registration fees should be paid prior to the conference. If in the event, your registration fee is still in the midst of processing, a copy of the bank remittance or company guaranteed letter is required for registration purposes.

Attendee Check-In

Important: Please bring a business card and your photo ID to receive your badge and other materials. No children under 18 are allowed in the exhibit hall and this is an event for industry professionals only.

Dress Code

The dress code for the main conference is business attire.

Networking Opportunities

Networking Cocktail

There will be a networking cocktail reception on 27 February 2013 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the exhibition area. All are welcome.

Networking Dinner

For those who have registered for the networking dinner on February 26, Tuesday, reservations have been confirmed at Kamadoka Gotanda Part 2, Tokyo.

Please meet at the IBC registration desk at 6:00 pm. Roundtrip transportation to the dinner venue will be provided.

For those who have not registered for the dinner - there is still limited space available. To sign up please contact our customer service at +65 65052401 to add-on the dinner option at only USD120/person or ask the at the conference registration desk upon arrival. A map will be provided for those who will be making their own way to the restaurant.

Networking Luncheon

Buffet Lunch will be served on Wednesday from 12.15pm to 1.30pm and Thursday 12:45 pm - 1:55 pm in Daigo West Room. If you have not already advised us of any special dietary requirements, please kindly do so at the IBC registration desk. We will endeavor to accommodate your request as much as possible.
