New for 2014 - IBC's Virtual Poster Series

IBC is excited to announce our upcoming Virtual Poster Series, which will feature a searchable online library of research submissions. This poster series presents opportunities for your company to showcase new research and also position itself as an innovative leader.

*You have the option to display your research poster in IBC's virtual poster library at no additional cost.

To learn more about the online library or submit a poster, please contact Scott Wallask. If you want to sponsor the Virtual Poster Series, please contact Kristen Schott.

How to Submit Your Poster

Any registered conference attendee may register to present a poster. Posters should be PORTRAIT orientation, with maximum dimensions of 36 inches wide (3 feet) x 48 inches high (4 feet). Please verify poster dimensions before printing your poster. Oversize posters may not fit. Only one poster presentation is allowed per registered attendee/author.

Please note: Poster presentations may not be used as exhibit displays or for marketing purposes. All posters are subject to approval by conference organizers.

Important Poster Deadline

Poster Abstract and full payment of conference and poster fees must be received by Friday, October 31, 2014 to be included in the On-Site Agenda and Conference Documentation.
