International Travel and Visa Information 
INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
How to obtain a letter of invitation? To obtain a letter of invitation from IBC Life Sciences, attendees must first register and pay to the event/meeting to obtain an official letter of invitation from the show organizer. Please request this letter at time of registration and payment to customer service. It is highly suggested that this be done 3-4 months in advance due to delays at certain consulates.
TRAVELING TO THE UNITED STATES
All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visa as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated, and not later than 3-4 months in advance. Please note: Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.
