How to obtain a letter of invitation?
To obtain a letter of invitation from IBC Life Sciences, attendees must first register and pay for the conference/course. You can then request an invitation from customer service. We recommend this be done 3-4 months in advance due to delays at certain consulates.
Traveling to the United States
All visa applicants are advised to apply for a visa as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated. It is recommended to request a visa 3-4 months in advance. Please note: Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.
